Q: How do I create or update my account information?

A: To create an account please register with an email address, username, password, billing, and shipping addresses. If you already have an account and wish to update your information click here to log in.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I obtain this information?

Product Information

Q: How do I find the products that I need?

A: There are ways to find the products that you want. You can search for your desired products by using the search box on the upper right-hand corner on every page, entering keywords or the reference number that corresponds to the product you are interested in. Also, you can search for products by clicking on the menu bar and selecting categories that fit your needs or using the filter on the search bar located on every page.

Q: How can I find the correct size for my product?

A: Each product page that requires sizing has its own size finder that will guide you in selecting your perfect size. Please be aware to buy your garments according to swelling, and that foreign made garments run about two sizes smaller than American sizing.

Ordering Information

Q: How is the sales tax determined?

A: Domestic Orders: The sales tax rate is 8.875% and is only charged to orders being shipped to the state of New York in the United States. In certain cases, your state’s shipping taxes may be included in your order total.

International Orders: BellaVieMD is not responsible for import restrictions & duties due to the fact that each country has its own policies. You may be charged import duties once the package reaches your country, which our company takes no responsibility for. Please contact your country’s customs for more information regarding this matter.

Canadian Orders: BellaVieMD now pre-pays all Canadian duty fees. The customer is only responsible for shipping charges and a 10% sales tax may be applied to your order.

Q: Can I place an order or exchange over the phone?

A: Yes. Please call us at +1 (800) 398 5171 and we will gladly take your new order or exchange information.

Q: Can I checkout as a guest?

A: Yes, we offer our customers the convenience of checking out as guests without making an account.

Q: What payment options do you offer online?

A: We accept most major credit cards and payment gateways for purchases made on our store. These include but are not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Q: How do I use a Coupon code?

A: Please enter the coupon code in your shopping bag during the checkout process. The discount or promotion will be reflected on your order automatically.

Q: Do you have a Wishlist feature?

Shipping and Returns

Q: What is the shipping cost for my order?

A: Refer to our Shipping Rates page to calculate the shipping charges of your order. Domestically, upon checkout shipping is automatically

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

Q: What qualifies me for free shipping?

A: Orders totaling $100 or more, not including taxes, qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the continental US.

Q: Are all returns free?

A: Most, but not all, returns are free.

Some products do involve a fee of $15 for returns and/or exchanges. This applies to products that involve direct contact with surgical areas, which include garments and accessories.

Because of the nature of compression garments and other products, as well as their applications to the recovery process after surgery, we send back any items that have been worn, even if they are tried on once for sizing.

Order Status

Q: How do I track the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive an email with a detailed summary of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number.
