Thank you for choosing BellaVie MD. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
All returns must include the item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
- All original packaging such as boxes, bags, labels, and UPCs
- Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards
- “Free” or “bonus" items originally included with your order
- All items included in bundles and/or combined products
RETURN PROCESSTo return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with a completed return form, and mail your return(s) to the following address:
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us, once the condition of the returned items has been evaluated and the return has been processed.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their medical nature:
- Incontinence products, braces, supports, seat cushions.
- Compression garments, surgical girdles, compression socks
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service department via telephone or email (listed below) to arrange a refund or an exchange.
- There is a 20% restocking fee that is applied to all returns.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We will not accept a return of merchandise that has been: worn, washed, damage and/or altered. All returns are subject to evaluation by BVMD Inc.
